We're looking for people who can help the club by taking a Dens youngster into their home - Dundee FC are keen to house out of town youngsters with local families.
Dundee FC Online spoke to manager Jocky Scott who told us "As a club we used to have a number of 'digs' where we could house any young players from out of town, but we unfortunately don't have that facility anymore - so it would be handy if there was a possibility that we could restore that."
"There's a possibility we could bring in some promising youngsters for this season and since I've come back to the club we have been offered one or two kids who would have improved our youth squad but unfortunately with not having 'digs' to put them in we ended up having to let the players go elsewhere.
If you would be interested in helping the club house a youngster then contact us at Dens Park - Telephone 01382 826104 or by email laura@dundeefc.co.uk.

We asked manager Jocky Scott how the start of pre-season training was going when we got the chance to have a chat with him at Dens this evening "The first couple of days have been good, we're just breaking them in - but they've all come back in good shape and they all look as if they have a decent standard of fitness to start with" he said (note: it looked a fair bit tougher than 'just breaking them in' when the website took in a bit of the training this afternoon - that's new boy Richie Hart stretching at the end of the session in our picture).
Joining in with the sessions were the new boys and we asked Jocky about the arrivals "We've added a few players and I think it was something that needed doing, I'm happy with what we've brought in at the moment, though I'm not saying I'm finished bringing players in but I'm happy with the standard of player we've brought into the club.

Dundee FC Online and www.dfctv.co.uk got our first interview with director Calum Melville as Leigh Griffiths signed for the Dark Blues on Friday afternoon - and we had it posted on dfctv within two hours of filming the latest member of the Dens board - it's good stuff.
Calum tells us that Leigh's signing is "Thrilling" and that we're after three more players - he also urges those who are debating over whether to get a season ticket to get on board - "The board of directors can't do this alone" he says - and after subscribers got the chance to see Calum's interview first we can now post it for everyone to see - click here to see Calum speak.
And if you are tempted to come home to Dens and buy a season ticket then the ticket office is open from 10am - 3pm today (Saturday)
